Update - We are still working to resolve this complex issue. We now expect it to be resolved by November 30, 2019. We will provide another update no later than then.

Patients recently entered into PIMS may not sync to Smart Flow (VetData).
Resolved - We have deployed a release to resolve this issue. New patients enter into PIMS connected to Smart Flow via VetData now synchronise as expected.

Patients recently entered into PIMS may not sync to Smart Flow (VetData).
Identified - We have identified an issue where some PIMS connected to Smart Flow via VetData will see an error message when entering a patient into the PIMS immediately before entering into Smart Flow. We are currently working to resolve this issue.

Profiles not sending to Cubex for integrated Cornerstone customers if patient was "Auto Checked in."
Update - If you would like to have profiles synchronize from Smart Flow to Cubex, you can work around our issue by manually adding the patient to Smart Flow before (or instead of) checking in via Cornerstone. You can do this by using "Add Patient" in the Smart Flow interface, and entering the patient file number, Doctor on Duty, template and whiteboard. The remaining information will populate from Cornerstone for you.
Note that in this case, the patient will not auto discharge from Smart Flow, so you will need to be sure to manually discharge them as well.

Resolved - We have released a new version of the Smart Flow application to fix the issue with treatments populating incorrectly. This new version 15.9.2 should be available in the App Store within 24 hours, please update ASAP.

Identified - We have identified an issue where the patient notes in the right pull-out window may be displaying another patient's notes, not the actual patient you are looking at.
 

This is purely a display issue and rest assured your patients' notes are being retained correctly and the PDF reports are correct.

We are currently working to resolve this issue and we expect a new iPad version to be released to the App Store in the next day or so.
