Set Up a Support Account

Getting a support account set up is a crucial part of your onboarding process.  Please click HERE to access our support forum signup page, and check out the video below for further instructions.

You will know you have selected the right email address for your support account if:

  • • Any of your staff will be able to access this email
  • • You can set up this email address on your iPads in the "Mail" app

If you don't have something already, we recommend:
smartflow@yourclinicname.com or sfclinicname@gmail.com
