The SuperUser will:

During the Onboarding Process:

  • Learn the software thoroughly.
  • Answer staff questions about Smart Flow with our support.
  • Write down questions, comments, or concerns from your staff and bring them to our Onboarding meetings.
  • Ensure everyone completes their training on time.
  • Learn how to book additional Onboarding meetings, if needed.

After your clinic has “Gone Live”:

  • Communicate all Smart Flow updates to your team.
  • Utilise our support page to access FAQ's and our feature request forums.
  • Help your staff address any problems by using the BUG buttons to access our Support Desk.
  • Respond to periodic check-ins from the Smart Flow team.
