The SuperUser will:
During the Onboarding Process:
- Learn the software thoroughly.
- Answer staff questions about Smart Flow with our support.
- Write down questions, comments, or concerns from your staff and bring them to our Onboarding meetings.
- Ensure everyone completes their training on time.
- Learn how to book additional Onboarding meetings, if needed.
After your clinic has “Gone Live”:
- Communicate all Smart Flow updates to your team.
- Utilise our support page to access FAQ's and our feature request forums.
- Help your staff address any problems by using the BUG buttons to access our Support Desk.
- Respond to periodic check-ins from the Smart Flow team.
