Set Your Go Live Date

Now that you know a bit more about the process, we need to select the date that you will plan to Go Live with SmartFlow. This date will help us set a schedule for the onboarding process, as well as ensure we have the same goal in mind.

If you want to know what we "expect", our standard process assumes we will meet once per week, with the 5th meeting (This is meeting One!) four weeks from now. We can set your Go Live date as 4 weeks from now, or you can choose a date closer or further out.

Your staff will need to complete their online training, and we do not recommend enrolling them until 2 weeks prior to your planned Go Live Date.

If this date changes in the future, please be sure to let us know! You can put a note in the Meeting Notes section and address it at the next meeting with your Onboarding Specialist.
